- Completion of a degree or diploma program in business administration, supplemented by two to four years of related work experience.
- A business analyst or project management designation.
- Experience with designing a testing framework.
- Experience with designing and executing user test cases.
- Experience with designing training solutions and delivering training to users.
- Experience working on software development projects.
- Experience with working with SCRUM and traditional project methodologies.
- Experience in project planning, research, and technical writing.

- Experience with data migration projects and/or ServiceNow and/or SpiraTest
- Proficiency with process mapping, diagramming, or flow-charting software (e.g. Visio, Lucid)
- Experience with organizational change management and/or Prosci change management certification
