- Experience as a software architect or senior software developer working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment on the development of one or more custom-built solutions.

- Experience working as a senior technical resource on a project in the public sector context.
- Experience using modern web application frameworks (Laravel, Django, Spring, ASP.NET Core, etc.) and/or modern frontend JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, React) in the development of a solution that has been launched or released.
- Experience designing and implementing application programing interfaces (APIs) and system integrations.
- Experience uncovering context from systems in technical discovery and navigating projects through environments with substantial dependency on legacy systems.
