Job Opportunity
Description Our Client is seeking (3) three Full-Time Senior Technical Analyst to provide second level over the phone, email and face to face computer support. The successful candidate will exercise an high level of technical and customer service skills.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
  • Ability to provide excellent end user support and problem resolution via telephone, email and in-person interactions.
  • Experience resolving assigned IT call tracking tickets.
  • Experience participating in moves, add and changes of physical IT assets.
  • Able to support a variety of devices (PC, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices)
  • Working experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) package creation, patch deployment
  • Experience with MS Teams implementation
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products including -Windows 10 and Office365.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
