Job Opportunity
Description	Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in COTS implementations and enterprise scale applications/initiatives, who is self-motivated and organized with exceptional technical, business analysis and interpersonal skills to perform comprehensive systems planning and feasibility assessments in assisting management to develop and implement technical strategies to address business needs.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills	7+ Years of Business Analysis experience including project experience in COTS implementations and robust, enterprise scale applications or initiatives. Experience working in a policing organization, particularly in the area of records management is highly desirable. Demonstrated business analysis experience. Proficiency with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to excel in a team environment.
Nice To Have Skills	Professional designation in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) from the IIBA or PMI is an asset.
Location	Edmonton
Work Environment	1 year with possibility of extensions
Hourly Rate	Negotiable
