| Experience Required/Mandatory Skills |
- Minimum four (4) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst. Note: Relevant experience within the last seven (7) years.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with REST API with multiple integrations.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience with scripting and automation.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with VMWare. Specifically automating provisioning and software deployment.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in ServiceNow working with transform maps, widgets, workflows, business rules and performance analytics.
- Minimum four (4) years’ North American telecom experience preferred (Wireline, Wireless, Converged). Note: Relevant experience within the last five (5) years.
- Excellent problem analysis/solving in the performance of developing and/or modifying systems and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to deal effectively with (a) others, (b) ambiguity, (c) conflict resolution, and (d) diplomacy.
- Ability to work with end users to define business process improvements in ServiceNow.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while managing project and client expectations.
