| Description |
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience with large projects focusing on implementing a customer centric business transformation strategy. The candidate will be expected to consult with stakeholders but may also be asked to manage other changes to business systems and processes. Services may be provided remotely but occasional onsite visits to the client office in Melville, Saskatchewan may be required. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site. |

| Experience Required/Mandatory Skills |
Valid Business Analyst Certificate; CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional), CCBA (Certified Competency in Business Analysis) or PBA (Professional Business Analyst). Demonstrated experience in business modelling, requirements facilitation, elicitation and gathering.

Demonstrated experience as a practicing Business Analyst across a variety of sectors, working in multiple concurrent project environments with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and milestones and work under pressure. Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs and processes to help identify project impacts using strong analytical skills. Demonstrated experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience on large Digital Transformation projects Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, highlighting the Agile frameworks employed and any Agile certifications achieved. Experience working with co‐located, remote and hybrid project teams, highlighting the use of virtual communication and collaboration techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint. Knowledge of project management principles, training and/or experience Familiarity with project management software, specifically Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Online Familiarity with enterprise requirements management software. Experience using, or certification with an organizational change management methodology.
