Our Client is seeking an Intermediate Technology Architect with experience in the Audio Visual environment to assist with the guidance, direction, and participation in large Infrastructure projects including the design and implementation and other potential large scale projects.

Resource may work remotely, though must be available for onsite tasks in Edmonton when required. Other travel may be required in Alberta.

• Experience designing, planning, and implementing audio visual technology solutions in an architecture capacity for a large and complex environment. (3+ years)

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting audio visual technologies. (3+ years)

• Proposed resource must agree to an Enhanced Security Check upon contract award. Must have the last 3 years continuous residency in either Canada or United States as minimum.

• Ability to travel within Alberta as required.  Projected travel would average 2 days per month, but this can change.

• Resource must have a valid driver's license. Note: Having access to one's own vehicle is NOT required, though would be helpful.

• Available for onsite work anticipated at 60% or 3 workdays per week on site in Edmonton.

• Proposed resource must work from within Alberta, due to network and data security issues. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 - 16:30 Alberta time.

• Experience executing strategies with technology, process, organizational design and IT operations. (3+ years)

• Experience with security concepts, designs, and implementations. (3+ years)

• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external and in all levels of the organization. (3+ years)

• Experience developing tender requirements for Audio Visual projects. (1+ year)

• Experience designing and implementing Crestron control and Video systems (1+ year)

• Experience designing and implementing Audio systems including mixers/amplifier specification, configuration, and commissioning. (1+ year)

• Industry audio visual specialist credits such as: Crestron DM-NVX-N certification (preferred) or other Crestron, Extron, Biamp certifications.
