Our Client is seeking contracting services for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the analytics initiatives prioritized by the Client and supplement other work required on the Data Management Program (DMP).  

The scope of the work will include (but is not limited to): 

1. Creation of test plans and test scripts.

2. Validation of ETL used to create data sets for self-service and analytics.

3. Validation of business intelligence dashboards and analytics.

4. Validation of data quality rule and data cleansing scripts.

5. Documentation of all test results.

• Experience writing test scripts using defect management software, e.g., HP Application Lifecycle Management.

• Test planning.

• Understand how ETL is used in data pipelines.

• Experience creating and running SQL queries.

• Understanding best practices, methods, and standards for business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.

• Agile methodologies.

• Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities.

• Ability to work within a team environment or independently as needed.

• Ability to manage your time efficiently and work with little supervision.

• Ability to manage stress in an environment with high expectations, tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• Business Intelligence Tools.

• Data Analysis.

• Understanding of basic data quality dimensions.

• Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium with C#).

• Team Foundation Server (TFS) – Kanban.

• Pension administration knowledge.

• SQL Server Experience.
