Our Client is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Developer to design and implement test automation to ensure service quality with a focus on iterative, continuous development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between Agile Teams and users.

Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Onsite meetings include but are not limited to strategic, architectural, and technical discussions, meeting with team members, senior managers, directors, executive directors and business clients. Frequency of meeting could be up to 3-4 times per year. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

• Must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role: University degree in computing science, business, management or a related discipline and four years related experience; OR Two-year diploma in computing science, business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years related experience.

• Must agree to a Criminal Records Check and Enhanced Security Clearance prior to commencement.

• Professional qualification in Test Management (e.g., ISTQB or QAI certification)

• Experience and understanding of software quality assurance QA, Testing and Defect Lifecycle. (5+ years)

• Experience with automated unit testing and integration testing. (3+ years)

• Experience working as an Application Developer within a large and complex enterprise IT environment. (3+ years)

• Experience working directly with clients, and coordinating with both external stakeholders and internal business areas to ensure communications are relayed to all parties. (3+ years)

• Experience in Agile Projects. (2+ years)

• Experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presentations of ideas and solutions. (2+ years)

• Experience with cloud computing or big data platforms and infrastructure. (1+ year)

• Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks. (3+ years)

• Experience working with or testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Finance) or similar platforms. (2+ years)
