| Description | Reporting to the Manager, Content and Collaboration Services (CCS), the Application Analyst’s primary role will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the Enterprise Database Archival Service on the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Public Cloud). You will collaborate closely with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role serves as a bridge between users and technical teams, ensuring that applications effectively meet business objectives. A proven ability to function on an individual basis and in a team environment is essential. |
