Our Client is seeking a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management resource. As a (HAM), you would work as part of a project team supporting the delivery of the HAM on an existing ServiceNow deployment. Your primary responsibility is guiding the implementation of the HAM solution, ensuring successful deployment, and optimizing asset management processes. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow HAM and a strong understanding of IT asset management best practices.

Resource will work remotely, though must be available for onsite meetings when required. Frequency of meeting could be up to 3-4 times per month. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

The resource for the position will need to have established skills in the following areas:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow HAM implementation SME in a similar role.

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management preferred.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams

• Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.

• Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.

The resource should possess the following qualifications:

• 2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.

• 10 years experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects.

• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management preferred.

• ITIL Certification will be considered an asset.
