Our Client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager with complex large-scale project experience to supplement an ERP team for successful project delivery.

This role will be remote. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and must work within Canada at all times. Incorporation is required.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex software application development project in a large and complex environment. (5+ years)

• Experience defining/managing project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (5+ years)

• Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. (5+ years)

• Demonstrated experience managing IT application development projects with large teams (at least 5 team members). (5+ years)

• Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face / remote meetings with clients and technical teams as required.

• Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (3+ years)

• Experience leading change management and communication planning. (3+ years)

• Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level. (3+ years)

• Experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment. (3+ years)

• Experience working with staff, contractors and vendor teams. (3+ years)

• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology and scrum process. (3+ years)

• Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress (3+ years)

• Deep understanding of project implementation methodology (3+ years)

• Experience managing resources throughout the project delivery lifecycle (3+ years)

• Experience working on a large/complex projects working with multiple Project Managers. (3+ years)

• Canadian education (e.g. certificate, diploma or degree) or your foreign credentials certified by Immigration Canada, IQAS
