Our Client is seeking an  IT Business Analyst who is process oriented and experienced in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and working with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive operational efficiency. Specifically, this resource will map current state services, and provide recommendations and considerations for future delivery.

Resource must work during standard Alberta business hours. While this work is primarily remote, Resource will be required for onsite meetings up to once per month. Must work within Canada, due to network and data security issues, and be a Canadian Resident to apply.

• Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment. (8+ years)

• Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications. (4+ years)

• Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows. (8+ years)

• Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (8+ years)

• Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications. (8+ years)

• Experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks. (6+ years)

• Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles. (4+ years)

• Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across departments. (4+ years)

• Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (4+ years)

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. (4+ years)
