Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance Stream responsible for supporting the successful planning and execution of stream and project deliverables. This role involves documenting and analyzing business processes, managing project lifecycle tasks, and actively participating in change management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proven ability to support multiple activities, and hands-on experience with ERP solutions. This individual will be a key contributor to the overall project success, ensuring tasks are completed and project goals are met.

This role requires 2 days per week (minimum) onsite in downtown Edmonton. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and must work within the borders of Canada at all times.

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in project support or coordination roles.

• Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Experience developing test scripts and coordinating system testing.

• Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, delivering project solutions.

• Proven ability to monitor project and team performance against plans and take effective corrective action.

• Strong ability to manage competing priorities with a high attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

• Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards.

• A degree or professional certification is required.

• Experience with the implementation of complex, integrated projects, particularly with Cloud ERP solutions. SAP Cloud experience is preferred.

• Experience with S/4Hana Supply Chain and Plant Maintenance modules is a strong asset.

• Experience with SAP Ariba and S/4Hana Finance modules is an asset.

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications is an asset.

• A Project Management designation is preferred.

• A CBAP designation or PROSCI certification is an asset.
