Description

Our client is seeking a BI Analyst with Contact Centre (or Call Centre equivalent) experience to design and build Power BI workforce insights dashboard which consolidates HCM data metrics, as part of a centralized reporting platform for multiple contact centers. Responsibilities will include project planning, stakeholder engagement, prototype design, testing, and release.  

Must have experience includes: Power BI, DAX, predictive analytics, Azure, Visualizations, Dashboards, and Contact Centre as a service (CCaaS) Solutions.

Resource may work remotely but must be available to be on-site when requested for meetings. Frequency of meeting may be up to 3-4 times per fiscal year.

Actual onsite attendance is negotiable.

Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time.

Work must be done from within Alberta, due to network and data security issues. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site meetings.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
  • Direct hands-on experience with a comprehensive set of visualization techniques and features that demonstrate both technical depth and storytelling skill using Power Bi.

  • Experience developing complex measures, calculated columns, advanced time intelligence using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) in Power Bi

  • Direct hands-on experience in analyzing large complex datasets to perform trend analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting using Power BI and Azure analytics tools

  • Experience in creating and implementing business intelligence requirements.

  • Experience preparing visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models

  • Experience understanding and developing requirements for analytical projects.

  • Experience with Contact Centre as a service (CCaaS) solutions and understanding of client interaction data is required.

Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience with dimensional modeling techniques.

  • Experience with PowerBI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services.

  • Experience with relational database modeling techniques.

  • Experience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role.

Location Edmonton/Remote
Work Environment 12 months with extensions
Hourly Rate Negotiable
