| Experience Required/Mandatory Skills |
Experience with articulating and translating technical language for non-technical customers both verbally and in writing. Experience with data concepts such as: Extract Transform Load (ETL), Operational Data Store (ODS), Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), etc. Experience with presenting data in queries, dashboards, and reports in a way that is easy to understand. Direct hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing advanced Power BI solutions that transform regulated and complex datasets into actionable insights for policy, operations and executive reporting Experience in creating and implementing business intelligence requirements. Experience with dimensional modeling techniques. Experience working in a data warehouse/business intelligence or relevant data environment in either a development or support role. |

Experience using Microsoft SQL. Experience with PowerBI, PowerView, Microsoft SQL Reporting, and Analytical Services. Experience with relational database modeling techniques. |
