Our Client is seeking one (1) Quality Assurance Test Lead who is self-motivated and organized with exceptional strategic quality assurance test lead, communication and interpersonal skills. These skills will be used to lead the development and implementation of the new suite of Enterprise Commons (SAP SuccessFactors) software. 

A hybrid in‑office/remote arrangement is currently available. The successful candidate may be required to work on‑site during specific phases of the project. 20% on-site, 80% remote. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.

• Degree in a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience managing technology teams.

• Experience managing projects and resource planning.

• Demonstrated experience with testing methodologies and tools.

• Demonstrated experience in the Test Life Cycle and its relationship to the SDLC.

• Proven experience in functional and non‑functional testing.

• Strong experience in risk‑based testing.

• Ability to produce quality reports on test results, defects, and testing progress.

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft 365).

• Proficiency with Google applications and work collaboration/management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

• Strong collaboration skills, analytical abilities, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience working in a policing or paramilitary organization—particularly in enterprise‑level project planning—is a significant asset.
