Our Client is seeking a Change Management Consultant to develop and implement organization-specific, scalable, and proactive change practices to drive adoption, improve outcomes, and support the organization’s long-term digital transformation strategy.

The Contractor must be duly registered in and authorized to perform the Services within the province of Alberta.

The Contractor must be able to provide the Services in-person at the offices located in Calgary, Alberta.

Relevant Education, Certifications

Relevant education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in a related field), valid certifications (e.g., Prosci or CCMP is strongly preferred), and ongoing professional development.

This may include a combination of education, certifications, and organizational change management expertise.

 Relevant Experience

Broad experience in multiple industries providing similar services for at least ten (10) years, through leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives.

 Expertise in Organizational Change Management

Proven experience in organizational change management including a demonstrated ability to deliver change management practices and solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle with minimal involvement from ASC staff. Should have strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and engage audiences and stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant Skillset

Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, and is also proactive and self-directed, with the ability to incorporate feedback and drive work independently.
