Description

Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive coordinated planning and execution across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role will play a central part in supporting leadership to enhance programs, strengthen governance, and implement a modern, province‑wide system.

This is a part-time role. Standard Hours of work are between 8:15 to 4:30 with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
  • Bachelors Degree and Project Management Designation e.g. (PMP)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate professionally with a diverse group.

  • Direct experience in a non-IT project management role. (10+ years)

  • Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. (5+ years)

  • Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures, dashboards. (5+ years)

  • Experience planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring concurrent projects. (8+ years)

  • Experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change as part of service transformation and implementation. (5+ years)

  • Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities. (5+ years)

Nice To Have Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder relationship management and engagement (i.e. determining the needs of senior stakeholders and understanding business priorities and pressures). (5+ years)

  • Familiarity with how housing, food security, income, mobility, and access to care directly influence outcomes. (5+ years)
