Our Client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion. This includes overseeing all project activities, establishing timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure objectives are met.

While this is a remote role, all work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Must work during standard MST business hours and be a Canadian Citizen to apply.

• Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (6+ years)

• Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures, dashboards. (8+ years)

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently. (8+ years)

• Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios. (8+ years)

• Experience in project coordination of public sector and vendor-wide information management / information technology initiatives. (3+ years)

• Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (8+ years)

• Experience leading change management and communication planning. (8+ years)

• Experience overseeing and implementing multi phased provincial wide projects. (2+ years)

• Experience overseeing and implementing multi phased WiFi Service provincial wide projects. (2+ years)

• Experience providing leadership with knowledge of its stakeholders, business functions, and informational requirements. (5+ years)

• Experience working in the public sector within Canada. (3+ years)
