  • Expertise in stakeholder management, engaging with government bodies, vendors, and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and SaaS implementation
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive program plans, manage budgets, and deliver on milestones
  • Disciplined approach to milestone validation and financial oversight
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in overseeing information systems from an IT perspective, including governance and risk mitigation
  • Past involvement in large-scale IT transformation initiatives, particularly system replacements
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to technology systems
  • Background working with government projects or similar public sector programs
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of program management experience in IT environments, with demonstrated success in large-scale implementations
Other Requirements:

  • Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple stakeholders across government, educational institutions, and vendors
  • Capable of managing complex vendor contracts and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  • Proactive risk management and issue resolution skills
