| Description | Our Client is seeking Business Analyst with several years of experience with Business Analysis and Health experience. This role will provide advanced business analysis, technical requirements management, and solution support expertise for priority initiatives. Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex, multi-organization environments is considered an asset. The resource should also demonstrate an understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape surrounding health information, such as the Health Information Act (HIA), Electronic Health Regulation, or an equivalent Canadian health information framework. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires the clear articulation of complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences. The resource will be assigned to multiple concurrent initiatives, including modernization efforts, process improvements, system replacements, and enhancements to existing digital health and administrative systems. |
