Job Opportunity
Description We have partnered with our client in search of a Warehouse Manager in Saskatoon. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated and hardworking team within a collaborative and supportive environment. As a pivotal part of the organization’s supply chain, you will oversee all warehouse functions, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and with exceptional accuracy. This hands-on leadership position requires balancing daily operational demands with strategic improvements to elevate team performance and efficiency. You will be instrumental in driving productivity, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing logistics that keep the business thriving.

The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets compliance standards.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics processes to maintain smooth and efficient inbound and outbound flows.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and quick resolution of discrepancies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high standards in order fulfillment, safety, and productivity.
  • Continuously improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and operational readiness.

The Ideal Person
The successful candidate will:
  • Bring proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Have forklift certification or be willing to obtain certification promptly.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
  • Be skilled in coordinating shipping schedules and using logistics software platforms.
  • Exhibit a hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly, motivate teams effectively, and create a culture of accountability and efficiency.
  • Be physically capable of handling warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
