Bring your expertise in systems development, integration, and implementation to life as you partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Your insights will help propel large-scale initiatives forward, supporting the company's continued growth and efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in information technology
  • Minimum three (3) years in a Business Analyst role
  • Strong understanding of systems development, integration, and implementation methodologies
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Complex coordination and workshop facilitation expertise
  • Public utility industry experience
  • Background working within application development teams
  • Ability to manage small to medium-sized project groups, including documentation, planning, and resource leadership
  • Agile story definition and Scrum Master experience
  • Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience with enterprise software
  • Flexibility to perform both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance tasks
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • A relevant degree in IT, Business, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in similar roles for 3+ years, ideally within utility or infrastructure sectors
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work onsite twice weekly; this is a hybrid role with no remote-only candidates
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and support multiple IT initiatives planned for 2026
