Required Skills: At least five (5) years of professional experience in information technology Minimum three (3) years in a Business Analyst role Strong understanding of systems development, integration, and implementation methodologies Proven ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Nice to Have Skills: Complex coordination and workshop facilitation expertise Public utility industry experience Background working within application development teams Ability to manage small to medium-sized project groups, including documentation, planning, and resource leadership Agile story definition and Scrum Master experience Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience with enterprise software Flexibility to perform both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance tasks Preferred Education and Experience: A relevant degree in IT, Business, or related fields Demonstrated success in similar roles for 3+ years, ideally within utility or infrastructure sectors Other Requirements: Willingness to work onsite twice weekly; this is a hybrid role with no remote-only candidates Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and support multiple IT initiatives planned for 2026 If you’re ready to contribute your skills to impactful projects that serve communities and support sustainable growth, don’t wait—apply now to make a difference where it counts!
