Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, applied science, business, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in GRC and administrative roles, including leading teams.
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP authorization, access control, user role management, and profiles.
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, HR, MM, PM, and assets, along with Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules like Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Strong foundational and implementation expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP IAG Bridge scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security and configuration issues across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP GRC, and SAP IAG.
- Experience leading or participating in security workshops and discussions with project and business teams.
- Deep understanding of internal controls, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and their implications in SAP security.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration with business and technical teams to create unified solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills
- SAP GRC certifications (such as SAP GRC certifications, CRISC, CISA).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Expertise in SAP GRC ARM, ARA, EAM, BRM, and Process Control functionalities—CCM and manual control monitoring.
- Proven success in designing and tailoring SAP IAG solutions to organizational needs.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 10 years of related SAP GRC and security experience, with leadership exposure.
- Prior involvement in SAP S/4HANA projects is a plus.
