Be at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies like AI and Robotic Process Automation, all while shaping the future of digital government services for Albertans. What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and creating evaluation and measurement plans for project outcomes.
- Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and establishing current-state baselines in complex service environments.
- Familiarity with digitization, process automation, and emerging technologies such as RPA and AI.
- Solid understanding of data governance, collection, and reuse principles.
- A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, along with knowledge of digitization and process improvement best practices.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive work plans, roadmaps, and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the aptitude to present to both executive and operational audiences.
- Experience in end-to-end process and value-stream mapping.
- Background in geospatial data and system integrations.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, particularly with diverse groups including program leaders, IT teams, and end-users.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, data analysis, or IT modernization projects.
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments within government or public sector organizations.
Other Requirements:
- This is an onsite role located in downtown Edmonton, AB – daily presence is expected.
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, standard Alberta hours.
- Prior experience with change management activities is a plus.
- Understanding of public sector standards and organizational mandates.
