- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline, coupled with at least four years of hands-on experience in M365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise working within enterprise IT environments, supporting tickets, workflows, and support processes using enterprise ticketing systems.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Copilot, and related cloud and productivity technologies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications highly recommended (e.g., M365, MS Minor Workloads).
- Knowledge of ITSM systems, ITIL principles, and a customer-first approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken—and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability to navigate a changing technological landscape.
Nice to Have:
- Additional certifications or training related to Microsoft technologies.
- Experience working on technology projects under a project management framework.
- Familiarity with Forms, Streams, Bookings, and other minor workloads.
- Experience working onsite, remotely, or in hybrid settings.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Post-secondary diploma or a related degree.
- Minimum of four years supporting enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments.
- Relevant certifications and a robust track record in technical support roles.
Other Requirements:
- Onsite work four days a week at the designated location.
- This is a 12-month contract with no guaranteed extension.
