What you'll need to shine:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification
  • Proven experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Plans
  • Skilled in developing and delivering engaging presentations and communications tailored to diverse organizational levels, from executive management to end users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft comprehensive business and technical documentation
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience translating technical language for non-technical audiences
  • Direct change facilitation experience
  • Ability to define and measure change success metrics
  • Proven track record fostering effective stakeholder relationships
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives with strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with both business and IT change management approaches and methodologies
Required education and experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Several years of change management experience, preferably in large-scale transformation projects
  • Certifications such as PROSCI or CCMP 
Additional requirements:
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule with core hours from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM Alberta time, Monday to Friday
  • The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings at Oxbridge Place in Edmonton; travel within Alberta at no expense to the agency
  • Ability to quickly grasp new information and produce actionable deliverables
  • Strong collaborative mindset and a passion for environmental initiatives
