Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with .NET Framework, including debugging, troubleshooting, and application support Strong proficiency with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps Experience using Swagger and PostMan for API testing Knowledge of system analysis and end-to-end troubleshooting of web and mobile applications Solid understanding of modern web and API architectures Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Jenkins and Octopus Deploy for CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with React, .NET MAUI, and UWP development frameworks Knowledge of SharePoint solutions for business initiatives Preferred Education and Experience: A 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering or System Technology Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web application operations and production support Other Requirements: This role is hybrid in Edmonton; remote options may be considered if all candidates meet the key requirements Ability to manage and troubleshoot Azure SQL queries and Azure DevOps pipelines Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset Ready to make a difference where it matters most?
