Essential Skills: Exceptional facilitation and communication skills (10/10) Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications Strong understanding of workflows, data flows, and system integrations Hands-on experience with SFTP, file-based data transfers, and security practices (PGP, SSH keys) Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and basic SQL Ability to read logs and troubleshoot integration issues effectively Nice to Have: Experience leading requirements workshops and technical design sessions Knowledge of middleware concepts and data transformation Experience with API testing tools like Postman Prior involvement in change management and user training Understanding of security assessments and compliance standards Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business analysis, or related field At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business or Technical Analyst, preferably within systems integration environments Other Requirements: Must be located in Alberta—local candidates preferred Ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes with a professional demeanor Availability to start ASAP and commit to the six-month term If you're ready to make a real difference where technology meets business, don’t wait—bring your expertise to a role where your skills truly shine.
