Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2-year diploma in Computer Engineering/System Technology Minimum of 5 years professional experience with ArcGIS Enterprise implementation or administration Extensive knowledge of ESRI Utility Network and Esri Field Maps Pro Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Strong troubleshooting skills in Python and PowerShell applications Experience with end-to-end troubleshooting across front end, API, database, and infrastructure layers Excellent communication and coordination abilities Capable of working independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have Skills Experience with JAMS Job Scheduling solutions Knowledge of corporate IT environment and infrastructure Familiarity with software upgrade and installation processes for GIS platforms Preferred Education and Experience Relevant technical education (as specified above) At least 5 years of practical experience in GIS system deployment, administration, or support in a similar environment Other Requirements Ability to adapt to project demands across various business units Willingness to contribute to planned upgrades and new system rollouts through 2026-2027 If you’re eager to apply your expertise to impactful projects, don’t wait — step into a role where your skills shape the future of vital infrastructure.
