Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, operational teams, vendors, and trainers to align efforts and ensure project milestones are met
  • Conduct change impact analyses and risk assessments to proactively address challenges
  • Build and deliver engaging presentations for organizational leaders and diverse audiences
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and manage resistance effectively
  • Monitor and measure change adoption success and sustainability
  • Ensure technology rollouts are smooth and meet organizational needs
  • Write compelling content to communicate change initiatives clearly and persuasively
  • Conduct readiness assessments and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management within project delivery or software development environments
  • Strong ability to develop and deploy change and communication plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Capable of conducting impact analyses, risk assessments, and readiness evaluations
  • Skilled in crafting engaging, clear communication materials
  • Familiarity with project planning and coordinating cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills
  • Certifications in Change Management (such as PROSCI or similar)
  • Experience with organizational readiness or resistance management
  • Knowledge of software implementations and technical change processes
  • Ability to create dynamic presentations and training materials
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Several years of experience in change management, ideally leading organizational transformations or technology rollouts
