Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tangible change management deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, communication plans, and training materials.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, demos, and alignment meetings to foster buy-in and readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to gather requirements, validate messaging, and tailor stakeholder-facing content.
  • Support communication efforts by drafting clear, impactful messages for leadership and impacted groups.
  • Create training and support documentation, including job aids, FAQs, and user support content to ensure successful adoption.
  • Track and coordinate change activities, manage dependencies, and support rollout efforts to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in change facilitation and developing change management artifacts such as strategies, plans, and stakeholder assessments.
  • Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and training material development.
  • Proficiency in gathering requirements through interviews, documentation, workshops, and business analysis.
Nice to Have Skills
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification.
  • Experience developing and delivering training modules, including e-learning content.
  • Background in digital transformation projects within government settings.
  • Experience working within complex change initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on change management experience, ideally in large-scale government or organizational transformation projects.
Other Requirements
  • Fully onsite role based in Edmonton, working from the office five days a week.
  • Willingness to support phased rollouts, stakeholder readiness, and engagement activities.
