Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing operational support and rapid incident resolution within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Enable automation, configuration, and continuous platform optimization.
  • Manage break/fix issues with agility, ensuring SLA adherence and high system uptime.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to maintain a high-performing environment.
  • Document processes clearly and communicate proactively to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow in a production environment, especially in Customer Service Management (CSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Proven track record in incident management, P1 response, and SLA adherence.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, automations (Flow Designer, business rules, integrations).
  • Strong documentation skills and a proactive communication style.
Nice to Have Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
  • Additional platform integrations or advanced automation experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant background in IT support, platform configuration, or automation.
  • Prior experience supporting ServiceNow in a production environment with a focus on incident resolution and automation.
Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and environments.
