Front End Designer

Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based, innovative front-end design solutions aligned with corporate standards
- Create and refine design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and build-ready specifications
- Contribute to design research planning and usability testing to enhance digital services
- Provide justifiable recommendations for design decisions, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure accessibility standards are met and recommend improvements where needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front end designer with a robust portfolio demonstrating UX artifacts, including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes
- Strong proficiency in creating design solutions for various platforms and fidelities
- Solid experience working within Agile teams and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively

Preferred Education and Experience
