Responsibilities Design, develop, and support enterprise business applications. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruption. Support production systems and respond effectively to critical incidents. Contribute to major projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions. Qualifications Proven expertise in SQL programming with SQL Server and Oracle databases. Familiarity with Java, .NET (C#), and PowerShell is essential. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development. Experience with deployment, source control, and batch scripting tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support production environments. Recent experience supporting enterprise applications in a live setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bonus points for knowledge of ServiceNow and network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark or Fiddler. A background in computer systems technology or related fields is preferred.
