Our client is looking for a Senior Developer to help shape service innovation and drive meaningful digital transformation. In this role, you’ll work on program reviews and product delivery initiatives alongside cross functional teams, contributing to everything from field research and backlog refinement to sprint planning and execution. You’ll bring strong technical leadership, hands on development skills, and an architectural mindset to modernize services in ways that are efficient, effective, and affordable. Responsibilities
- Contribute to service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint execution
- Design and implement scalable solutions using a Microsoft aligned stack and modern cloud platforms
- Provide architecture guidance including patterns, trade offs, and ecosystem considerations
- Build and evolve production applications with modern frontend and backend frameworks
- Incrementally modernize legacy systems into new digital services across multiple releases
- Implement and support automated testing practices (unit and integration)
- Work with infrastructure automation to support reliable delivery
- Partner effectively with teams using UX, service design, design thinking, and human centered design approaches
Qualifications
- Strong hands on experience with .NET and C#, plus modern frontend development (especially Angular)
- Experience building full stack solutions in an agile team environment on complex software products
- Working knowledge of cloud and platform environments such as Azure, AWS, and OpenShift
- Experience with APIs and modern integration approaches (including GraphQL)
- Solid database experience across relational and alternative data stores (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB)
- Proven ability to apply design patterns and architecture principles to real world systems
- Experience with automated testing and quality practices (unit and integration testing)
- Practical experience with DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., CI CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab, Terraform, Nx)
