Job Opportunity
Description Step into the role of an Intermediate Infrastructure Analyst, where your expertise will shape the backbone of our client's IT environment. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work onsite in Edmonton for a one-year term with a potential extension, contributing to critical system projects. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you'll develop system requirements, analyze functional needs, and translate business demands into detailed technical designs. Your responsibilities will include defining system interfaces, data structures, and operational procedures, as well as collaborating with developers to create functional prototypes and implement systems that support diverse departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computing Science or a technical certification, with 3 to 7 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in coding technologies, M365 (EXO, Teams, OneDrive), IAM management, security protocols like MFA and Conditional Access, hybrid AD and Entra Connect knowledge, API integration, and PowerShell automation. Experience with on-premises infrastructure such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, and HPE storage is essential. Strong communication skills are a must, along with a proactive approach to monitoring and performance analysis.
