Job Opportunity
Description We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing complex content transfers across various electronic content management systems, primarily SharePoint. Your expertise will help streamline critical restructuring projects and support urgent litigation requests, ensuring seamless data movement and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill detailed content transfer requirements.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous content migration projects, balancing conflicting timelines and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support business partners with technical guidance on ECM solutions and shared drives.
  • Create scripts, workflows, and logs to ensure efficient content migration.
  • Conduct mapping, transformation, loading, testing, and validation of content migrations.
  • Confirm file integrity and ensure secure copying of content.
  • Support system configuration and maintenance for SharePoint and related ECM systems, including OpenText Content Server and others.
  • Maintain compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures, particularly government guidelines.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SharePoint (2016, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online), including scripting with PowerShell and supporting ShareGate.
  • Experience with content management systems such as OpenText Content Server.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, including hardware, applications, and architectures.
  • Familiarity with IT change and communication management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience working within government or large enterprise environments is an asset.
