Job Opportunity
Description Elevate your career by leading transformative enterprise application projects as a Power Platform Solution Architect. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on streamlining grant processing workflows that ensure security, governance, and scalability. You will work closely with various teams to craft scalable architectures, implement governance frameworks, and deliver solutions that make a real difference in organizational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document solution architecture, design patterns, and governance standards for enterprise Power Platform solutions.
  • Build model-driven and canvas apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and SQL databases.
  • Set up and manage development, testing, and production environments, including deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, conduct training sessions, and support knowledge transfer for sustainable solution ownership.
  • Participate in Agile practices such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Support quality assurance tasks, including UAT, defect management, and performance testing to ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and recommending enhancements for performance and user experience.
Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on Power Platform development.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with external data sources.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience with ALM practices, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and Dynamics 365 (asset, not requirement).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer).
