As a key player in enhancing processes related to registration for online services and programs, you'll ensure workflows meet governance standards while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for system deliverables.
- Develop and optimize workflows, ensuring compliance with policies and privacy standards.
- Design and implement data models, visualizations, and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and SQL.
- Conduct impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios, facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Lead and support user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and validate data queries and models.
- Develop change management strategies to support system and process transformations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis, solution architecture, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerBI, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization, mining, and exploration.
- Familiarity with Python, R, and data modeling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in planning requirements workshops, impact assessments, and user testing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and their integration in a business context.
- Relevant educational background in business, data science, or related fields, and several years of experience preferred.
