Job Opportunity
Description Step into the pivotal role of Infrastructure Project Manager, where you'll lead the planning and execution of diverse IT infrastructure projects. From network and server upgrades to cybersecurity and physical security systems, your expertise will ensure smooth, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. This hybrid position offers the chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project charters, detailed project plans, and business cases aligned with the Owner’s System Delivery Life Cycle methodology.
  • Monitor, report, and control multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage project scope through effective change control and scope management processes.
  • Lead projects of varying sizes, from smaller initiatives to large-scale deployments valued up to several million dollars.
  • Communicate effectively with all management levels, providing clear project updates and documentation.
  • Manage project financials, risks, and resource allocations to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing IT projects, including infrastructure-focused initiatives.
  • Proven success delivering projects ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and standard procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to adapt mid-stream projects and deliver results within scope and schedule.
  • PMI certification is a plus; familiarity with project lifecycle documentation and financial management is essential.
