| Description |
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of legacy systems, cybersecurity-aligned improvements, and complex multi-system integrations. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, partner with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, on scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, tracking, and closeout.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and governance in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project charters and project/business plans; recommend delivery approaches and methodologies.
- Lead requirements documentation and support solution design and delivery aligned to enterprise architecture.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts; facilitate risk/impact assessments and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and present project deliverables and status updates to leadership, steering committees, and internal teams.
- Manage project budgets, including forecast vs. actual tracking and variance reporting.
- Coordinate resources, priorities, and work plans; take corrective action as needed to maintain delivery commitments.
- Ensure effective project communications and escalation of risks/issues as required.
- Support change management and communications where needed.
- Conduct post-project assessments to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements for future initiatives.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)- Project management experience involving ADX Studio and Microsoft Dynamics CRM related work, including Power Apps and Dataverse migrations.
- Proven ability to define project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Experience managing a large, complex, custom in-house software development project within a large enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Experience conducting and interpreting multi-scenario impact and risk assessments.
- Experience creating and managing project budgets (forecast vs. actual).
- Experience delivering mandated/legislated projects with short timelines.
