Job Opportunity
Description Our Client is seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead impactful enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will drive success from project initiation through delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and project objectives are met with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of medium to large IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Oversee project scopes, schedules, and financials, developing accurate forecasts and controlling scope changes.
  • Engage with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, generate comprehensive reports, and escalate issues proactively.
  • Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies to adapt project approaches as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by providing insights and suggestions to refine procedures and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in an IT enterprise environment.
  • Proven success managing projects with budgets ranging from $250,000 to $5 million, including multiple projects above $2 million.
  • Strong knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP certification highly preferred, with a solid background in project financials, scope control, and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills suited for all management levels.
  • Experience with business process re-engineering, change management, and working within standard procedures.
  • Ability to step into ongoing projects and deliver results.
