Job Opportunity
Description Our Client is seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst to support a complex transformation initiative. This is a delivery-focused role—ideal for someone who can build practical change materials, run stakeholder engagements, and support readiness and adoption (not advisory-only). Please note this role is fully onsite - located in downtown Edmonton.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and execute change deliverables (change plans, communications, training plans/materials, stakeholder impact/readiness assessments)
  • Develop end-user and stakeholder materials (presentations, FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides)
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, walkthroughs/demos, and information sessions
  • Support implementation readiness, rollout activities, and post-implementation adoption
  • Partner with business, operational, and project stakeholders to gather inputs and translate changes into clear, audience-appropriate content
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Direct experience facilitating change
  • Proven experience producing change deliverables (change strategy/plans, training strategy/plans, communications plans, impact assessments)
  • Strong communication writing skills
Nice-to-Haves
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification
  • Experience developing/delivering training content (including e-learning/video)
  • Requirements gathering and business process documentation experience
