Description	Senior Data Conversion AnalystOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Conversion Analyst to support ERP and other large-scale system implementation and data migration initiatives. Location: Edmonton area Key Requirements Extensive experience supporting data conversion, migration, and implementation projects involving ERP platforms or other large enterprise systems. Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end data conversion processes. Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and data structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data issues and support effective resolutions. Senior-level experience is preferred, with the ability to work independently and manage complex data conversion activities. Experience leading or coordinating data conversion workstreams, including overseeing project activities, coordinating stakeholders, and reviewing analyst deliverables, is highly desirable. Important: This is an analyst-focused role, emphasizing data conversion strategy, analysis, validation, and coordination. We are not seeking a developer or candidate whose primary focus is coding.
