Description	Successful resource will provide client leadership through a well developed CIS Application planning process and provide the following deliverables related to CIS/CRM applications: needs assessment, strategic assessment and direction, target operation and architecture, industry analysis, gap analysis, full alternative analysis, business plan addressing all alternatives considered, business case to support the plan, possible written and verbal witness testimony before a regulatory board

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills	Minimum 15 years senior consulting experience Minimum 10 years direct experience leading and delivering CIS application planning initiatives Have lead 3 CIS Application planning initiatives (specific references required) Previous experience providing evidence or testimony in a Regulatory hearing process Previous exposure to CIS and CRM applications Must be able to provide sample of one plan completed with above mentioned deliverables Must be able to provide an overview of the methdology used to perform the Application planning
