- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing software solution architecture and solution design, including privacy and security specifications
- Demonstrated at least 5 years of experience in the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, producing, testing and deploying code, unit testing and system testing
- Demonstrated at least 5 years of experience in software development in Cloud and On-Premise environments
- Demonstrated at least 5 years of experience with agile software development in .NET, C/C++, Java, JavaScript and SQL databases
- Demonstrated experience working with large data sets / data extracts
- Demonstrated experience working with Power BI and analytical tools
- Demonstrated experience acting as a primary software developer on complex IT projects
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (IT experience can substitute for a BS degree)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communications – Good oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated capability to develop and manage deliverables as a project
- Strong documentation skills – develop design and implementation readiness documents
- Must be Canadian Citizen and possess all required skills to apply
