- Experience with conducting business needs assessment (8+ years)
- Experience with documenting current & future state (8+ years)
- Experience with developing business process model (8+ years)
- Experience with identifying improvement opportunities (8+ years)
- Experience with conducting gap & impact analysis (8+ years)
- Experience for end to end development and documenting of the following project artifacts: strategy papers, plans and presentations; assessments; business cases; develop business process models/descriptions; define use case scenarios or stories; procurement requests (i.e. RFP, RFI) (8+ years)
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with business and technology partners, subject matter experts to obtain consensus and support for required changes or enhancements. (8+ years)
- Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills and communication skills. (5+ years)
