| Experience Required/Mandatory Skills |
- Greater than (>) ten (10) years professional work experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst.
- A degree from a recognized Canadian university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- A minimum of five (5) years professional work experience, within the last ten (10) years, in developing Accessible applications according to the WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines in an Industry or government setting.
- Valid reliability status, granted or approved by CISD/PSPC

- Experience in user interactive transactional ASP.NET web application development using MS C#.NET in an Industry or Government setting.
- Experience developing web applications using MS SQL Server in an Industry or Government setting.
- Experience in developing web applications leveraging MS Dynamics CRM APIs in an Industry or Government setting.
- Experience in developing web applications with JavaScript and CSS in an Industry or Government setting.
- Experience in developing Accessible applications using the WET Toolkit version 4.0.
